Chemo-mechanical preparation
- Understanding the properties of various files and how they influence the preparation protocol
- Understanding the different techniques/motions available for hand- & engine- driven files

Obturation

Dr Thomas Kim
BBDSc (Hons), MRACDS (PDS), FIADFE, PG student of MSc (Endo) General/visiting dentist for endodontics Clinical educator at USyd for DMD endodontics
Dr Thomas Kim graduated from the University of Queensland and has worked in various practices across Brisbane and Sydney as a general dentist and visiting dentist performing endodontic treatment. Dr Kim has always had a strong passion for further studies and education, hence continuing to progress his knowledge in endodontics. He also enjoys providing supervision and mentorship of DMD students at the University of Sydney for endodontic education. Dr Kim served as a past committee member in ASEQ prior to his move to Sydney.
